吹塑设备选择:通用片材挤出专用设备(包括PP、PET挤出设备,推荐选用PET片材挤出设备),长径比24:1~32:1,控温精度要高,特别是口模处温度控制精度不应小于±2℃。

Choice of Blowing Molding Equipment: General polyethylene blowing molding machines (applicable for LDPE blowing film equipment) can be used. It is necessary for the machine to have high precision of temperature control. Especially at the die orifice, the temperature should be controlled under ± 2 .

注意事项




  • 粒料应储存于干燥通风条件好的地方,防止吸水、发霉变质等情况的发生;

  • 专用料使用之前要严格干燥处理,含水率要小于200ppm;干燥温度最好控制在90度以下,干燥时间控制在10小时以内,建议为85度4小时

  • 每次正式生产前应更换吹膜机滤网;

  • 鉴于本专用料对温度比较敏感,要求加工设备具有较高精度的温度控制;同时由于各加工设备精度不同,故温度可作适当调整;

  • 吹膜前使用聚乙烯料(LDPE)进行洗车,防止前一次加工残留物影响本次的正常生产,使整个吹膜系统保持清洁畅通;

  • 生产结束要用聚乙烯料将专用料顶出,清洗整个熔体通道,以防专用料在螺杆中降解影响下次正常生产;

  • 性能测试最好是放置48小时后进行,使材料结晶比较充分

Attention:

1.    The pellets should be stored in the dry, ventilated place in order to avoidmoisture and mildew, etc.

2.    Before processing, the special material should be strictly dried to make the water content under 200ppm. It is better to control the drying temperature under 90and the drying time less than 10 hours. It is suggested that drying time is 4 hours under85.

3.    The filters of blowing film machine should be replaced with new ones at the beginning of each formal production.

4.    Because the special material is the temperature sensitive, so the temperature control is very strict for the process equipment. The temperature can be adjusted for the process machines with different precision of temperature control.

5.    To avoid the influence of the residue on the normal production, please keep the whole film-blowing system clean and unimpeded.

6.    The ratio of blowing expansion is about 3:1.

7.    At the end of each production, please use PE to clean the whole melt canal to prevent the special material from degradation in the screw.

8.    It is better that the film performance test after placing the film for 48 hours for that the film can be complete crystallization.

烘干


Sogreen注塑料在出厂前已经过干燥并包装在防潮包装,在包装完好的情况下,通常只需正常的烘干条件即可。但如果特殊情况,如破包、潮湿环境、掺入二次料等,需要延长干燥时间,保证含水量小于100PPM。

干燥温度不要超过100℃,时间不要超过10h。

 

我们强烈建议使用除湿干燥机。

Drying


SogreenTM resins have been dried and packed in moisture-proof bags

before leaving the plant. If there are no signs of damage on the packaging, you

only need to dry the resin normally. However, in the following cases the drying

time shall be extended to make sure that the moisture level is under 100 PPM:

1) the packaging is damaged;

2) the material is to be used in humid conditions;

3) the material contains reground resins.

螺杆转速/背压


为了保持材料一致性,同时防止材料热分解和喷嘴流涎,我们建议尽可能低的螺杆转速和背压设置,背压参考范围0-7bar 。

 

Screw speed and back pressure settings


In order to achieve uniform melt in the barrel, reduce the risk of the

material disintegrating at high temperatures and minimize the chances of

jetting, we recommend that screw speed and back pressure should be set as

low as possible. The recommended parameter for back pressure is 0-7 bar.


注射工艺


Sogreen冷却较慢,优化冷却时间、延迟顶出动作,防止顶出变形。

计量方面:考虑到Sogreen的热分解,我们建议螺杆计量行程进行优化,减少机头垫脚料的残量。

注射速度/时间:请根据熔融指数与加工温度的表格对应,选择适合的加工工艺。

保压:因为冷却慢的特点,建议保压环节需要调整最佳保压参数,以弥补二次结晶及热收缩产生的较大空间损失,需要特别注意的是过保压可能产生较大的内应力。

Injection molding tips


SogreenTM resins tend to cool at a relatively slow speed. Therefore, it is

important to optimize the cooling time, delay ejection and avoid distortion of

the finished product.

Based on the fact that SogreenTM resins tend to disintegrate at high

temperatures, we advise you to optimize the travel of the screw and to reduce

scraps at the die orifice.

Please consult the two tables listed in Section 2 of the Guide to set the

right injection speed and time.

We recommend you to find an optimum parameter for hold-up time in

order to make up for the reduction in size caused by second-time

crystallization and heat shrinkage. It is important to note that setting a wrong

parameter could generate strong internal stress.

后处理


退火处理可以降低内应力。考虑材料的二次结晶,建议制件放置48-72h后检测产品的性能及尺寸。

Post-treatment

Performing annealing heat treatment can reduce internal stress. As

SogreenTM resins have the characteristic of second-term crystallization, we

recommend you to measure the properties and size of the finished product

after 48-72 hours.
