在土壤、污水、河流和海洋中,在细菌等微生物的作用下,3-6个月的时间可全部分解成CO2和水。

In soil, sewage, river and sea, the object made from PHA degrades to CO2 and water after 3-6 months by environmental microorganisms.

 整个周期中,CO2和水的总量是平衡的,不会增加大气的温室效应,对环境不造成任何污染。

In the whole cycles, the total amount of CO2 and water is equivalent without pollution to environment and without greenhouse effect.

绿塑所生产的PHA,通过调节自身分子结构,无需加入石油基改性成分,即可达到PP、PE、PET、PVC等石油基材料物理性能。

绿塑PHA系列原材料完全适应各种复杂加工环境,仅需在现有PP、PE、PET等传统塑料加工设备进行微调,即可使用PHA加工出生物质材料制品。


PHA is a kind of biobased macromolecule polymer, and the physical property of PHA can reach the same level of PP, PE, PET and PVC. 

Sogreen PHA fully adapted to complex processing conditions. Need a little adjustment of processing, PHA will be made to biobase material product in traditional machine.  


PHA可替代50%以上石油基塑料制品,与PLA、改性淀粉等产品共混,可改善其他产品多种物理机械性能及热力学性能,提高降解性能。替代方向主要为一次性使用石油基塑料制品,如:农用地膜、塑料袋、发泡餐盒等。

PHA could substitute 50% plastic. It compounding with PLA or starch, can improve the mechanical properties, thermodynamic properties  and biodegradablity. It can be used for the production of disposable products, such as mulch film, plastic bags and foaming lunch box.
