江苏绿塑环境科技有限公司致力于生物质可完全降解的高分子材料聚羟基烷酸酯(PHA)的应用研发、生产及销售,是聚羟基烷酸酯(PHA)国家标准制定者,目前拥有万吨级PHA生产基地。

绿塑所生产PHA系列产品,是生物质可完全生物降解的高分子材料,其制品使用废弃后无需回收、无需堆肥,直接置于土壤、污水、河水、海水中,经3~6个月即可被微生物分解成CO2和H2O,是具有美国降解认证、欧洲降解认证以及生物质最高级4星级认证的新一代生物质可降解材料。

绿塑具有年产万吨PHA的生产能力,并与中科院长春应化所、清华大学等顶尖机构共建PHA产学研联合体,具有雄厚的下游应用领域开发实力。PHA系列产品可广泛应用于吹膜、注塑、纤维、发泡、片材等领域,性能遥遥领先。绿塑成功研发出全球首张生物质绿色地膜,彻底解决农业地膜残留问题。

 Jiangsu Sogreen Environmental Technology Co. Ltd..is a commercial biotechnology company committed to the development, production and sale of fully biodegradable bio-based polymers. It is the world's largest producer of PHA.

Sogreen products is a kind of bio-based biodegradable materials, can be degraded into carbon dioxide and water by microorganisms in a variety of environments including soil, sewage, fresh and marine waters within 3-6 months.

Sogreen has 10000 ton factory and Industry-University-Research Cooperative application R&D Platform. PHA serial productions have  widely applications in blowing film, injection mold, fiber, foaming and sheet.

绿塑已在天津滨海新区建设万吨级PHA生产基地——天津国韵生物材料有限公司(以下简称“国韵生物”),逐步实现人类自1925年发现PHA以来要将其产业化生产并服务大众的梦想。

Sogreen  has built a ten thousand ton PHA production base in Tianjin Binhai New Area - Tianjin GreenBio  Material Co., Ltd. , gradually realizing the dream of producing and serving the public since the discovery of PHA in 1925.

绿塑的目标是推动生物降解材料更多的应用于生产和生活的各个领域,使人类减少对石油资源的耗用,从而更有效的减少温室气体的排放和塑料垃圾对环境的污染,为社会的可持续发展做出贡献。与相同使用功能的塑料产品相比,由于采用的是植物而非石油制造,因此PHA产品的整个生命周期有更少的能源耗用,同时能减少温室气体的生成。

The goal of Sogreen is to promote the application of biodegradable materials to various fields of production and life, to reduce the consumption of oil resources, and to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases and the pollution of plastic waste to the environment more effectively, and contribute to the sustainable development of society. Compared with the same use of plastic products, because of the use of plants rather than oil manufacturing, the whole life cycle of PHA products has less energy consumption and can reduce the generation of greenhouse gases.
